National Coordinators to meet in Tashkent for SCO Summit preparation
Dushanbe, 21.05.2016. /NIAT “Khovar”/. The SCO national coordinators Council regular meeting will be held May 20-22 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
According to the Tajik MFA Information Department, the delegation of Tajikistan is represented headed by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Coordinator for SCO affairs Mahmadsharif Haqdod.
«The representatives of Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan will discuss the pace of preparation for the SCO summit, the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers in Tashkent, as well as other issues on the agenda of Uzbekistan’s chairmanship in the SCO’’.
The meeting of national coordinators will be held in Tashkent May 20-22. The SCO summit will be held in Tashkent June 23-24.
The SCO members are China, Kazakhstan, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. Afghanistan, Iran, Mongolia and Belarus are the SCO observer-countries, while Turkey, Azerbaijan, Sri Lanka, Armenia, Cambodia and Nepal are dialogue partners.
