Tajikistan and Germany Hold Political Consultations between Foreign Ministries
Dushanbe, 25.05.2016 / NIAT “Khovar” /. On May 24, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Muzaffar Huseinzoda and Commissioner of the Federal Foreign Ministry of the Federal Republic of Germany for Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia Andreas Peschke held the political consultations between Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan and Germany in Dushanbe.
According to the Tajik MFA Information Department, During the consultations, the delegations exchanged views on the current state and prospects for development of bilateral relations in political, trade-economic, cultural and education spheres, cooperation between the two countries in the framework of the European Union programs for Central Asia, priorities of Germany`s Chairmanship in Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), as well as the other issues of mutual interest.
The two sides expressed readiness to strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation in all priority areas in order to facilitate the further expansion of bilateral and multilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Germany.
