Tajikistan – Russia boost cooperation in the field of education
Dushanbe, 08.06.2016 /NIAT “Khovar”/. Director of the International Department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation Nikolai Toivonen has paid a working visit to Dushanbe.
During the visit, on the platform of the Russian centre of science and culture in Dushanbe city was held his meeting with the leadership of the Russian-Tajik (Slavonic) University and Directors of branches of Russian universities in Dushanbe. During the meeting the issues of admission campaign in 2016, operation and further development of educational institutions have been discussed.
At the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan Nikolai Toivonen held consultations with the First Deputy Minister Rakhmatullo Mirboboyev on topical issues in the field of education and inter-agency cooperation in this area.
During the visit N. Toivonen has also visited the construction site of the complex RTSU and talked with students and teaching staff of this university.
