The Leader of the Nation arrives in Tashkent for a two-day SCO Summit
Dushanbe, 23.06.2016/ NIAT «Khovar» /. Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon arrived in Uzbekistan capital Tashkent to attend a meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Council of Heads of State.
At the Tashkent International Airport, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon was met by the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and other officials.
The SCO Heads of State and Government and observer organizations have gathered in the Tashkent summit.
President of Tajikistan H.E. Mr. Emomali Rahmon in the framework of participation in the meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Council of Heads of State held a series of meetings with senior officials from SCO Member States and observers’ countries, during which they discussed the development and expansion of cooperation of mutual interest.
