The Leader of the Nation visited newly erected village Rahmonobod
Dushanbe, 25.06.2016 / NIAT «Khovar» /. Within the framework of his working visit to the cities and districts of GBAO Region, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon got acquainted with the life and activities of the inhabitants of the newly erected village Rahmonobod.
It should be recalled that on July 6-7, 2015, in rural community Suchon of Shughnon district due to heavy rainfall mud flows occurred, which resulted in 82 houses completely destroyed in Barsem village.
President Emomali Rahmon visited Shughnon district on July 29, 2015, in order to see the sites affected by the disaster and closely got acquainted with the works. Then in the course of conversation with the affected population to ministries and departments were given specific instructions to address the problems of the residents. To date, these instructions have completely been fulfilled.
Today, 82 families who have been affected by natural disaster in Barsem village live in new homes, which have been built in a short period in community Pitovdasht. The total cost of building is 2 million 400 thousand somoni.
The Leader of the Nation in the course of acquaintance with newly erected houses praised the quality of their construction and called a good deed the work done by construction companies, governmental agencies, enterprises and entrepreneurs. The creative power of the people, friendship, brotherhood and mutuality demonstrate the unity and solidarity of the Tajiks, it is this friendship that allowed to the affected population not to feel lonely, and was promptly provided with housing and other necessary conditions.
