The Head of Anticorruption Agency of Tajikistan Rustami Emomali called to strengthen fight against corruption crimes
Dushanbe, 18.07.2016. /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Head of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of Tajikistan Rustami Emomali at the board meeting of the Agency called to strengthen the fight against corruption crimes.
According to the press center of the Anticorruption Agency of the country, in particular, at the Board meeting the issues of combating crimes related to misappropriation of public funds by some officials and carrying out anti-corruption preventive measures have been discussed.
According to the Agency data, for the first six months of this year, the Agency has identified the financial damages caused to the state in the amount of 221,2 million TJS, of which 125.5 million TJS were restored.
At the end of the board meeting, Rustami Emomali has put before the leadership of the departments and services of the Agency new tasks on strengthening the fight against corruption.
