Holiday Mehrgon celebrated in Khatlon region
Dushanbe, 17.10.2016 /NIAT “Khovar”/. Holiday Mehrgon was solemnly celebrated in the administrative center of Khatlon region — Kurgan-Tyube on Saturday, October 15. On this day there was organized the exhibition-sale of products of farmers of cities and districts of Khatlon. Their products also on display and sale issued seamstresses, jewelers and makers of various popular products.
The exhibition was visited by the Chairman of Khatlon region Davlatshoh Gulmahmadzoda and Chairman of Kurgan-Tyube city Amirullo Asadullo. They gave a high assessment to the work on preparation and holding of this celebration. A competent jury defined the best.
The first place was awarded to farmers of Bokhtar district. Second place went to farmers of Kurgan-Tyube. Dangara’s farmers took third place. Diplomas and certificates were awarded to representatives of other cities and districts of the region.
At the end a concert program was held.
