Telegram of condolences of the Leader of the Nation to the President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin
DUSHANBE, 25.12.2016. /NIAT «Khovar»/. Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon sent a telegram of condolences to the President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, which reads, in particular:
«Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,
I am deeply shocked by the tragic news of the crash of a military transport aircraft in the Black Sea, which was carrying Russian servicemen, representatives of art groups and the media.
In this sad hour, we, in Tajikistan, share with you the pain of bereavement.
Please convey our heartfelt condolences and feelings of sympathy to all the relatives and friends of the victims».
