Beginning of the official visit of the Russian President Vladimir Putin
DUSHANBE, 27.02.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. In the afternoon, the official welcoming ceremony of the Russian President Vladimir Putin, who arrived to Tajikistan on an official visit, took place in front of the Palace of the Nation.
The high level guest — Russian President Vladimir Putin was welcomed by the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, who invited him to the tribune of honor.
The guard of honor and orchestra of wind instruments were lined up in the presence of official delegations of Tajikistan and Russia as well as representatives of the diplomatic corps.
During the official welcoming ceremony the national anthems of both states were performed and under a triumphant music and special march the heads of Tajikistan and Russia walked past the guard of honor, and Russian President paid a tribute to the state flag of Tajikistan.
Concluding the official welcoming ceremony, the Presidents of both states introduced their accompanying officials respectively.
