Ambassador of Tajikistan presented his copies of Credentials to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lebanon
DUSHANBE, 21.04.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Republic of Lebanon (with residence in Kuwait) Zubaidullo Zubaidov on April 20 has presented his copies of Credentials to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of this country Jubron Basil. NIAT “Kovar” has been informed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
According to the source, presenting ceremony took place in the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lebanon. Following the ceremony, Ambassador and Minister have discussed the ways of expanding mutually beneficial relations between the two countries, as well as promising areas of bilateral and multilateral cooperation, including in the fields of economy, trade, investment, energy, transport and culture.
Lebanese side has expressed interest to open embassies, as well as to appoint ambassadors and honorary consuls in each country.
