Highly qualified professional specialists have the opportunity to work in the Republic of Korea
DUSHANBE, 28.04.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Ministry of Labor and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan has an opportunity to prepare highly professional staff for transfer to the Republic of Korea through 61 initial professional education institutions and 73 adult education centers. It was stated by the Minister of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Population of the country Sumangul Taghoyzoda at the meeting with the Minister of Employment and Labor of the Republic of Korea Lee Ki-Kwon. NIAT “Khovar” has been reported by the press centre of the Ministry of Labor and Employment of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Minister S. Taghoyzoda added that migrant workers, in turn, will have an opportunity to improve their business skills and language knowledge while working in Korea.
During the meeting the issues of mutual interest were discussed, as well as the medium-term prospects of mutually beneficial cooperation were determined.
S. Taghoyzoda emphasized that the visit of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Republic of Korea in April 2015 had laid a new base for the development of friendly relations and fruitful cooperation between the two countries. During this visit at the highest level both parties agreed to expand cooperation between the two countries in the field of economy, trade, investment, industry, education, and labor migration.
The Tajik side, having expressed its involvement in connection with the transfer of the labor force to the Republic of Korea, hoped that the relevant documents in this field will be signed between the two countries.
It should be noted that the draft Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Republic of Korea on Labor Force Transfer is under the consideration of Korean side.
The meeting was held in a friendly atmosphere and mutual understanding.
