President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon met with the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Founder of Zhongxing Telecommunication Equipment Corporation Hou Weigui
DUSHANBE, 02.09.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan His Excellency Emomali Rahmon met in Beijing with the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Founder of Zhongxing Telecommunication Equipment Corporation /ZTE/ Hou Weigui.
The meeting considered the issues of cooperation in the field of telecommunications and television and radio communications.
ZTE has been operating in Tajikistan for more than 20 years. The company’s representatives intend to expand cooperation with the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in the future on the implementation of various projects, including the reducing of electricity losses in Tajikistan and e-government.
President Emomali Rahmon stressed that cooperation on the use of developed world equipment and technology, as well as the implementation of the e-government project in Tajikistan is very important.
The meeting also discussed issues of cooperation on other promising projects of the sphere.
