5th meeting of the Tajikistan – Poland Intergovernmental Commission held in Warsaw
DUSHANBE, 13.10.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. The 5th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation between Tajikistan and Poland was held on October 10-11 in Warsaw.
According to the MFA Information Department, the meeting was held under the leadership of the co-chairmen of the commission — Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan Umed Davlatzod and Deputy Minister of Development of Poland Tadeusz Koscinski.
It was discussed the future state of the Tajik-Polish bilateral economic ties. Positively assessing the course of the multifaceted mutually beneficial relations between Tajikistan and Poland, the parties stressed the huge potential of opportunities for interaction. In this regard, the parties considered it expedient to intensify effective cooperation in the fields of energy, industry, transport, banking, science and education, as well as in the tourism sector.
The Protocol of the 5th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission was also signed.
