Tajik Foreign Minister held a number of meetings with the heads of foreign delegations
DUSHANBE, 18.10.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. On October 16, on the sidelines of the second session of Arab Cooperation and Economic Forum with the countries of Central Asia and Azerbaijan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirodjidin Aslov met with the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of Sudan Hamid Muhammad Annur Mumtaz.
According to the MFA Information Department, during the meeting the parties had an exchange of views on the development of bilateral cooperation between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Sudan, including multilateral cooperation between the two countries within the framework of international and regional organizations.
The parties also positively assessed the further development of bilateral mutually beneficial cooperation between Tajikistan and the Sudan in all directions.
Later on, the Foreign Minister of the country Sirodjidin Aslov held a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania Isselkou Ould Ahmed Izid Bih.
During the conversation, the parties discussed the strengthening of diplomatic relations between the two countries and the prerequisites for the development of relations in trade, economy, culture and humanitarian fields.
On this day, Tajik FM Aslov has also met with the State Minister for Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar Soltan bin Saad Al-Muraikhi.
The meeting discussed the main areas of cooperation between Tajikistan and Qatar, as well as the implementation of documents aimed at strengthening and expanding bilateral relations in various directions.
