The Academy of Maqom of Tajikistan attended the IV International Music Festival in Moscow
DUSHANBE, 23.10.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. A group of performers of the Academy of Maqom of Tajikistan led by People’s Artist of the country Abduvali Abdurashidov took part in the IV International Music Festival-Symposium “Music Map of the World”, which is being held in Moscow.
According to the Ministry of Culture of Tajikistan, this music forum is organized by the Moscow State Conservatory named after P. Tchaikovsky and the scientific — creative center “Musical cultures of the world”.
The event program includes master classes, theoretical lessons and performance of creative collectives — participants of the festival from Brazil, Indonesia, Germany, Iran, Japan and CIS countries.
On October 24, the Tajik art masters — Abduvali Abdurashidov, Sirojiddin Juraev, Jamshed Ergashev and Nasiba Omonbaeva will take part in the program “Endless World of Shashmakom” at the Myaskovsky Concert Hall.
