The state and prospects of bilateral relations between sister cities — Dushanbe and Reutlingen were discussed in Germany
DUSHANBE, 17.11.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan in Germany Maliksho Nematov paid a working visit to the German Reutlingen, a sister city of Dushanbe on November 14-15. The Ambassador of Tajikistan was received by Barbara Bosch, Mayor of Reutlingen.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan, at the beginning of the meeting, Maliksho Nematov conveyed the friendly message of the Mayor of Dushanbe city Rustami Emomali to Barbara Bosch. During the conversation, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral relations between sister cities — Dushanbe and Reutlingen. The sides confirmed their readiness to strengthen and expand bilateral relations in the economic, cultural, educational and tourism spheres. The Tajikistan Ambassador invited Barbara Bosch to pay a visit to Dushanbe at a convenient time for her.
She thanked the Ambassador for the invitation and asked to give the friendly greeting to the Mayor of Dushanbe city Rustami Emomali. Barbara Bosch stated that she would be willing to have a visit to Dushanbe, accompanied by businessmen and cultural figures of Reutlingen.
Also, within the framework of a working visit to the Reutlingen Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Ambassador of Tajikistan met with the head of the Chamber Jens Kasper.
During the conversation, the Ambassador informed the interlocutor about economic opportunities and a favorable investment climate in the Republic of Tajikistan and called on the Reutlingen Chamber of Commerce and Industry to assist in attracting members of this Chamber to cooperation with Tajikistan’s entrepreneurs.
