Uzbekistan provided Tajikistan with discounts on the transit of railway goods
DUSHANBE, 19.01.2018 /NIAT “Khovar”/. Uzbekistan provided Tajikistan with discounts for the transit of railway goods on its territory from 30 to 50%.
As the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan reports NIAT “Khovar”, this information was received by telephone message of the “Uzbekiston Temir Yollari” railway company, addressed to the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The message notes that a 40% discount relates to the transit of goods across the railway along the “Keles-Kudukli” route. The discount for the transportation of petroleum products along the “Karakalpakstan-Kudukli” railway route is 30% and the discount for the transit of other types of goods along this route — 50%.
