DUSHANBE, 12.02.2018 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon sent a message of condolences to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

It is with a deep sense of sorrow that I learned of the killing of dozens of citizens of the Russian Federation as a result of the crash of a passenger aircraft in the Moscow Region.
We share the pain of this heavy loss and express our sincere condolences to the families and friends of the deceased.»
