Signing of a number of laws
DUSHANBE, 22.02.2018. /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon has signed a number of Constitutional laws and laws passed by Majlisi namoyandagon (Representative Assembly) and seconded by the Majlisi milli (National Assembly).
Among them are the constitutional laws of the Republic of Tajikistan «On Elections of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan» and «On Elections of the Majlisi Oli (Supreme Assembly) of the Republic of Tajikistan», the Laws of the Republic of Tajikistan “On declaring of moratorium on inspections of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship in spheres of production”, “On grain and its processing products”, and on introducing amendments and additions to the Tax and Customs Codes of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The signed laws are reportedly aimed at supporting and protecting the rights of entrepreneurs, protecting the interests of the state, organizations and institutions, regulation of consumer markets and protecting consumer rights and safety, organizing new jobs and further improving the standard of living of the people.
