25th anniversary of Tajikistan’s membership of UNESCO marked in Dushanbe
The 25th anniversary of Tajikistan’s membership of UNESCO was marked in Dushanbe on April 10, 2018.
The participants viewed an exhibition highlighting Tajikistan’s cultural monuments inscribed in UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage Lists. The exhibition was held in National Museum of Tajikistan.
According to the MFA Information Department, the event gathered representatives of ministries of culture, science and education, Academy of sciences of Tajikistan, the former chairmen of Tajikistan National Commission for UNESCO, and experts that propose nominations and write projects in cooperation with National Commission.
