AFC President to visit Tajikistan
DUSHANBE, 05.04.2018. /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) President Shaikh Salman bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa will pay an official visit to Tajikistan.
According to the press-service of the Football Federation of Tajikistan, AFC President is set to hold talks with the leadership of the Football Federation of Tajikistan.
The issues related to the development of football will be discussed during the meeting.
Shaikh Salman bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa is the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) President and a FIFA Vice-President. He had previously been Vice-President of the Bahrain Football Association (BFA) from 1998 until becoming President in 2002. Shaikh Salman was also a member of the Organising Committee for the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™ and currently sits on FIFA’s Finance and Strategic Committees.
