DUSHANBE, 30.09.2018 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon sent a telegram of condolences to the President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo.
The message reads, in particular:
“Excellency,
We were deeply saddened by the news of the earthquake and tsunami that struck the town of Palu of the Republic of Indonesia and its neighborhoods, which resulted in numerous human casualties and large–scale material damage.
I ask you, Mr. President, to convey our heartfelt sympathies to the friendly people of Indonesia. I express our condolences to the family and relatives of the deceased and wish a speedy recovery to the injured».
