Regular meeting of the Economic Policies Commission at the CIS Economic Council took place in Moscow
On 17 October, the regular meeting of the Economic Policies Commission at the CIS Economic Council took place in Moscow. It was presided by Chair of the Commission, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Tajikistan at the Commission, Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Russian Federation Imomuddin Sattorov.
According to the press service of the CIS Executive Committee, the meeting was attended by Plenipotentiary Representatives of the CIS Member States at the Commission and officials from several CIS ministries, agencies and bodies of sectoral cooperation.
The session focused on the implementation of 2020 CIS Intergovernmental Program of Innovative Cooperation, Transport Infrastructure Development, and formation of Competition Policy in a Digitalised Economy,” the source notes.
The Commission also summed up the results of the implementation of measures for use of natural gas as a motor fuel for vehicles in the CIS member states and the Report on the activities of the Radio Navigation Interstate Council.
The drafts of a number of documents discussed at the meeting and submitted to consideration of CIS Economic Council.
