Commentary to the Executive Order of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan «On Introducing Amendments to the Executive Order of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan from January 16, 2018 No. 990»
DUSHANBE, 15.01.2019. (NIAT Khovar) – President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon signed the Executive Order «On Introducing Moratorium for all Types of Inspection of Entrepreneurs engaged in Production in the Republic of Tajikistan until 1st of January 2021 updated by Presidential Executive Order No. 990 of January 16, 2018.
The purpose of introducing of the moratorium is the state support of entrepreneurs engaged in production, creation of new jobs, strengthening local industry and increase of the export potential of the republic, the reduction of inspections and the creation of a favorable climate for entrepreneurs and investment in the country.
The issues related to the introducing of moratorium will be regulated within the framework of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Moratorium for Types of Inspection of Entrepreneurs engaged in Production”, and its prescriptions are implemented by control authorities and control bodies, law enforcement agencies, including the Prosecutor General’s Office, Accounts Chamber, Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption, the National Bank, the tax and customs authorities.
