Tajik Film Barhurd Awarded at the Shandong International Film Festival
DUSHANBE, 15.01.2019. (NIAT Khovar) – The International Short Film Festival was held on January 11-13 in the Chinese city of Weifang, Shandong Province.
The festival included three films by Tajik directors. A film by Firdavs Niyozov called Barhurd (The Clash) received an award, reports the Tajik Embassy in China.
The festival also hosted a forum of directors of short films, in which development of further cooperation was discussed.
Over 2900 short films were presented to festival, of which more than 100 films are works by foreign directors.
