Scientific Institutions of Tajikistan and Austria Expand Cooperation

DUSHANBE, 04.06.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – On June 3, the President of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan Kobiljon Khushvakhtzoda met with the Director of the Institute of Iranian Studies of the Austrian Academy of Sciences Florian Schwart.
Khushvakhtzoda gave detailed information about bilateral scientific cooperation and priority areas of scientific activity of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan.
The parties expressed their trust and interest in expanding cooperation in this direction.
It was proposed to install a bust of one of the Tajik scientists and figures at the Institute of Iranian Studies of the Austrian Academy of Sciences, in agreement with mutual academies.
Schwart expressed satisfaction with the expansion of cooperation with mutual scientific institutions.
“We are ready in the future to implement cooperation with scientific institutions of Tajikistan in a qualitatively new system,” he noted.
