Delegation from Tajikistan Participated at the Fourth Global Ministerial Summit on Patient Safety in Jeddah
DUSHANBE, 06.03.2019. (NIAT Khovar) – An official delegation from Tajikistan led by the Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population Nasim Olimzoda attended the Fourth Global Ministerial Summit on Patient Safety, which was held on 1-3 March in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Delegations from 49 countries attended the summit, reported the Tajik Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population.
Participants discussed issues relating to medical and social services, quality of service, sanitary and epidemiological safety, as well as the availability of emergency medical care to the population.
On the margins of the summit, Olimzoda met with the Minister of Health of Saudi Arabia Tawfiq Al-Rabiah to discuss bilateral cooperation in the field of modern medical care and improving patient access to primary health care.
