Rustami Emomali Elected Member of the OCA Executive Board
DUSHANBE, 04.03.2019. (NIAT Khovar) – The President of the Football Federation of Tajikistan Rustami Emomali was elected a member of the Executive Board of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA).
The 38th OCA General Assembly was held in Bangkok, where leading officials, the Executive Board members and representatives of the standing committees were elected for the period 2019-2022. Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad Al-Sabah of Kuwait has been unanimously re-elected President of the Olympic Council of Asia. Earlier, Rustami Emomali was a member of the OCA Committee on Foreign Relations, reported the Football Federation of Tajikistan.
Vice-President of the National Olympic Committee Ahtam Abdullozoda and the Secretary General of the National Olympic Committee Muhammadsho Abdullozoda represented Tajikistan at the last OCA General Assembly in Bangkok.
The Olympic Council of Asia is an international Olympic organization, which currently includes 45 national Olympic committees of Asia. The OCA is headquartered in Kuwait.
