President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon Made New Appointments in Judicial and Tax Authorities
DUSHANBE, 11.06.2019. (NIAT Khovar) – In accordance with Part 8 of Article 69 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan submitted proposals of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on the relief from office of a judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan Akram Akhtam Bakhromovich due to the state of his health being for a long time incapable of performing his tasks, on the recall of a judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan Lutfullozoda Shavkat in connection with his transfer to another job, on the election of Lutfullozoda Shavkat to the office of the First deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan, on the election of Davlatzoda Khusrav, Rahmonzoda Mahmad, Hakim Rukhshona as judges of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan.
By decrees of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Rahimzoda Abdusalom, Malikzoda Narzullo, Melikzoda Kabatullo were appointed to the posts of deputy chairmen of the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
