Rukhshona Saidova Ranks Third in the Asian Youth and Junior Chess Championship
DUSHANBE, 21.06.2019. (NIAT Khovar) – The Asian Youth and Junior Chess Championship officially opened yesterday in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Over 185 chess players from 16 Asian states are taking part in the competition.
Tajikistan is represented by the national team. On the first day, Rukhshona Saidova took third place in rapid chess among girls (U-15).
The results of the championship will be announced on June 29. The winners will be able to take part in the World Chess Championship.
