Presentation of projects of construction of nine new hotels in Dushanbe
DUSHANBE, 11.07.2019. (NIAT Khovar) – Today, the presentation of projects of construction of nine new hotels which will be built in Dushanbe was attended by the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and the Dushanbe Chairman Rustam Emomali. The presentation took place at the Palace of the Nation.
The head of state Emomali Rahmon was informed about the projects of nine hotels with a total number of 630 guest rooms to accommodate more than 1,000 visitors that are being implemented in the coming two years.
A group of local generous entrepreneurs have taken an initiative to built modern hotels in the capital for the purpose of celebrating nationwide holiday – the 30th anniversary of Tajikistan’s Independence and within the framework of declaring the years 2019-2021 as the “Period of Rural Development, Tourism and Folk Crafts” to promote the development and prosperity of the Dushanbe city.
All these, three-, four- and five-star hotels will be built in accordance with the requirements of international standards and will consist of standard rooms, junior-suites, suites and apartments, will be equipped with the latest information and communication technologies for hosting activities.
All these hotels will have shopping and service centers, restaurants, swimming pools, assembly halls, sports and entertainment centers, medical centers, cinemas, underground parking lots.
According to the executive body of state authority of Dushanbe, more than 3,500 building projects will be commissioned before 2021.
