President Emomali Rahmon Relieves the Chairmen of Several Cities of Their Duties
DUSHANBE, 22.07.2019. (NIAT Khovar) – Completing his visit to the cities and districts of the Khatlon Province, today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon spoke about a number of serious deficiencies in the activities of the heads of some districts of the region.
Analyzing and reviewing the process of improvement and construction, and the current state of socio-economic development of cities and districts, President Rahmon has decided to make some personnel changes.
By presidential executive orders, chairmen of the city of Norak, Kushoniyon, Vakhsh, Yovon, Jayhun, Panj, Shahrituz, Nosiri Khusrav, Vose, Temurmalik of Khatlon Province and Sangvor districts have been relieved of their positions.
President Emomali Rahmon called on the new appointees to serve responsibly and selflessly on improving the region, to create the environment conductive to entrepreneurship, and to put maximal effort toward completing the reconstruction of various facilities by the 30th anniversary of Tajikistan’s independence.
