DUSHANBE, 03.07.2019. (NIAT Khovar) – Seeking to upgrade the training of its coaches, the Football Federation of Tajikistan (FFT) has joined the coaching convention of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) at the B level.

The coaching convention serves as a valuable tool for training coaching professionals, and setting rules and guidelines. The convention also serves as a vital link to club licensing, reported the FFT.

By joining the AFC coaching convention at level B, the FFT has obtained the right to independently conduct coaching courses for licensees C and B in the country. Coaches who recieve their diplomas in Tajikistan will now be able to work in any other country which has joined the AFC convention.

Tajikistan is the only Central Asian country which has joined the AFC convention.
