Tajikistan Defeats Kyrgyzstan in the World Cup 2022 Qualifying Match
DUSHANBE, 06.09.2019 (NIAT Khovar) – The national football team of Tajikistan started the World Cup 2022 qualifying tournament in group F with a victory, reported the Football Federation of Tajikistan.
In a home match, thr Tajik team beat the Kyrgyz team with a score of 1-0. Alisher Jalilov scored the only goal in the 42nd minute.
The match between Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, which was held at the Dushanbe Central Republican Stadium, gathered a full house of 17,800 spectators.
In another group’s match, the Mongolian team defeated the Myanmar team with a score of 1-0.
Now Tajikistan will play a guest match against Mongolia on September 10, in Ulan Bator at 14:00 Dushanbe time.
