Romanian Music Festival in Tajikistan Begins Today
DUSHANBE, 04.12.2019 (NIAT Khovar) – Romania’s National Day will be celebrated in Tajikistan by the performance of Romanian artists and showing of films. The event is organized by the Embassy of Romania in Tajikistan in collaboration with the Tajik Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The festival will be held today in the hall of the National Conservatory of Tajikistan named after T. Sattorov. The concert program will include traditional national Romanian dances and songs performed by artists from the Brasov Transylvanian University Music and Dance Ensemble.
Additionally, a free screening of Romanian films will take place at the Tajikfilm cinema on December 6-7. Film lovers will be able to enjoy the best examples of Romanian cinema. Film schreenings are scheduled for December 6 at 14:00 and 18:00 hours, as well as on December 7 at 11:00 and 18:00 hours.
