FM Muhriddin Receives Executive Committee Chairman and CIS Executive Secretary Lebedev
DUSHANBE, 28.02.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin received the Chairman of the Executive Committee and CIS Executive Secretary Sergey Lebedev, who arrived in Dushanbe as the head of the CIS Observers Mission for parliamentary elections.
The meeting focused on the current state and prospects of multifaceted cooperation within the CIS, reports the Tajik Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The two parties paid attention to the implementation of the CIS main events plan for the preparation and celebration of the 75th Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
Muhriddin thanked Lebedev for the work done by the CIS Mission and assured him of readiness to assist in providing favorable conditions for the work of international observers.
