Tajik Women Football Championship Stars Sunday
DUSHANBE, 15.04.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – The draw of the Tajik Women Football League for the new season took place yesterday at the office of Tajikistan’s Football Federation (FFT).
Ten teams, in particular Zeboniso (Dushanbe), Regar-TadAZ (Tursunzoda), Khatlon (Bokhtar), Bark (Norak), Hosilot (Farkhor), Zebo (Dusti), Chashma (Shahritus), Ravshan (Kulob), Beshkent (Nosiri Khusrav) and Panjsher (Jaloliddin Balkhi) will be playing in the new season, reports FFT.
The championship will be held in two rounds, with each team will playing at home and away. Each team will play a total of 18 matches in a season.
According to the draw results, the first round’s matches will be held between Zeboniso — Khatlon, Beshkent — Hosilot, Panjsher — Chashma, Regar-TadAZ — Zebo and Ravshan — Bark.
The FFT has acquired equipment, uniforms, boots and balls for all ten teams. The Federation will also cover referee fees and travels for away matches.
Khatlon is the current champion among the football leagues.
