DUSHANBE, 31.08.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – The 21-year-old midfielder of the national football team of Tajikistan and Istiklol FC Ehsoni Panjshanbe will continue his career at the Navbahor football club in Namangan, Uzbekistan.

According to Istiklol’s official website, the club received an offer from Navbahor to acquire the midfielder.

Having considered the proposal of the Uzbek club and the desire of the player himself who wanted to try his hand at the new championship, Istiklol’s management agreed to this transfer.

His contract is valid until the end of 2022.

Panjshanbe’s new club is in seventh place in the standings following the results of the first round of the Super League of Uzbekistan.

Panjshanbe will join Navbahor after the friendly match between Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, which will take place on September 3 in Tashkent.

Panjshanbe began his career in Istiklol in the second half of the 2016 football season, and during this period, several times was the champion of Tajikistan, the recipient of the National Cup and the Republican Super Cup, as well as the finalist of the 2017 AFC Cup.

In 2018, according to the results of the football season, Panjshanbe was recognized as the best football player in Tajikistan.
