DUSHANBE, 17.09.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – Today, the members of the public organization Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment of Uzbeks in Sughd region held a forum dedicated to the presidential election, support for the Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon’s candidacy and condemning the activities of the TEO IRP.
The forum held in the hall of Khujand’s Toshkhuja Asiri library.
The event was attended and addressed by more than 100 writers, journalists and representatives of other communities.
Participants, including chairman of the Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment of Uzbeks in Sughd region Ilhom Yusupov, a member of the Friendship Society Nodirjon Solijonov, a poet and journalist Sultonmurod Hojiboev, center’s activists Jamshed Pirimov, Olimjon Joroboev, and others made reports on topics the nomination of the Leader of the Nation for the presidential election and the support of Uzbeks Center activists, the election, the problems of the civil war period and the services of Emomali Rahmon in ensuring peace and stability in the country, the killing of intellectuals by members of the TEO IRP and their betrayals, etc.
