Emomali Rahmon Signs a Number of Law

President Emomali Rahmon signed several bills into law today. Among the bills are those on making amendments to the country’s criminal administrative and tax codes as well as on education and on internal audits in public sector organizations.
The amendments made to the Criminal and Administrative Codes, aim to strengthen the fight against crime and administrative offenses committed for inciting ethnic, regional or religious enmity.
The amendments made to the internal audit in the public sector organizations aim to improve the rules for conducting audit assignments and establishing and strengthening internal audit units in government organizations.
