FIFA Cancels the 2021 World U-20 and U-17 Cups

DUSHANBE, 25.12.2020 (NIAT Khovar) – FIFA has decided to cancel the U-20 and U-17 World Cups, which were scheduled for the next year.
Indonesia and Peru, which were supposed to host the World Cups in 2021, will retain this right for the next tournaments in 2023.
The cancellation is associated with the impact of the coronavirus pandemic. The decision was made in consultation with all stakeholders, including the tournament hosts.
