DUSHANBE, 14.12.2020 (NIAT Khovar) – The 21-year-old forward of the national football team of Tajikistan and Istiklol FC Sheriddin Boboev will continue his career with Penang FC in the Super League of Malaysia, reports the Football Federation of Tajikistan.

Boboev confirmed that in the near future he will fly to Malaysia to sign a contract with Penang.

“In 2015, I was playing for Istiqlol’s reserve team. I dreamed of getting into the club’s base and winning all sorts of trophies. Six years have passed since then, and it’s time to leave my comfort zone and take on a new challenge. I want to thank everyone, starting with the club’s president Shohrukh Saidzoda and all the coaches who taught me something. I especially want to thank Bahodur Sufiev, who believed in me and invited me to Istiklol. Also thanks to all the fans, players, club staff, everyone who supported me. I wish you all health, success, victories and many trophies,” Boboev wrote on his Instagram page.
