Somon Air Will Be Flying to Dubai Twice a Week

DUSHANBE, 11.01.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Somon Air will be flying from Dushanbe to Dubai twice a week. The flights will be operated on Thursdays and Saturdays at 04:45 and 20:25 respectively. Departure from Dubai on Thursdays is set at 08:45, and on Sundays at 00:10 local time.
Passengers must present a negative result of COVID-19 test issued no later than 96 hours prior to departure. The result must be filled in on a computer, not by hand, and must be conducted by a medical facility accredited by Pure Health: https://screening.purehealth.ae/application or by a laboratory accredited by the state of departure and must be issued in English or must contain a certified translation in English or Arabic.
If upon arrival in Dubai, it is determined that a certificate of negative COVID-19 test is invalid, or a passenger with COVID-19 has boarded the flight, all costs arising in this situation have to be covered by the passenger. In this regard, Somon Air kindly asks passengers to take this issue seriously and to take the test only in accredited laboratories.
Foreigners who wish to travel to Dushanbe must have a permit issued by a Tajik Authority before entering Tajikistan, as well as a visa (if required) and a certificate showing the negative result of COVID-19 test, carried out within 72 hours prior to arrival in Tajikistan. Holders of UAE passports do not need permission a visa to enter Tajikistan.
According to requirements, all passengers must wear face masks and disposable gloves at the airport and on board. Passengers with high body temperature or symptoms of illness will not to be permitted on board. Children under three are exempt from this requirement.
