Committee for Youth and Sports Affairs Announces 2026 Ismoil Somoni Prize for Young Scientists

DUSHANBE, 19.02.2026 (NIAT Khovar) – The Committee for Youth and Sports Affairs under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan has announced the 2026 competition for the Ismoil Somoni Prize for young scientists.
The prize recognizes outstanding contributions of young scientists to society and the state, encourages innovation, and aims to strengthen the creative and scientific potential in research, technology, and innovation.
Applicants up to 35 years old are eligible. Priority will be given to scientific and technical achievements in the country’s key development areas, as well as to the creation of new technologies and innovative solutions that enhance national production capacities and contribute to socio-economic development.
