Tajikistan and ADB Discuss Possibility of Increasing the Volume of Financial Support

DUSHANBE, 03.03.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Cooperation in the investment, energy and transport spheres was discussed yesterday by the Minister of Economic Development and Trade Zavki Zavkizoda and the newly appointed head of the Permanent Office of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Tajikistan Shannie Campbell.
The parties also touched upon the development of the investment climate, free economic zones, the green economy, and vocational education.
They also considered the possibility of increasing the volume of financial support by ADB in the implementation of anti-crisis measures of the government of Tajikistan, including the state budget and a number of programs.
