Dushanbe and Vahdat Host Children’s Football Festivals

DUSHANBE, 22.04.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – As part of FIFA Women’s Football Campaign, the Women’s Football League of Tajikistan held football festivals for children in Dushanbe and Vahdat.
More than 200 girls from 6 through 12 years of age took part in the festivals.
The goal of FIFA Women’s Football Campaign is to promote women’s football in Tajikistan, change the perception of women’s football in the country, and encourage girls to play football.
Following the festivals, all children were given balls and T-shirts.
