Chairman of the Committee for Economics and Finance of the Assembly of Representatives Meets French Senator

DUSHANBE, 10.06.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Today, Chairman of the Committee for Economics and Finance of the Assembly of Representatives Faizullo Mashrab met with a French Senator Herve Moret.
The meeting focused on a wide range of issues related to bilateral relations between Tajikistan and France, including inter-parliamentary relations.
The officials exchanged views on ways and means of strengthening bilateral cooperation, especially increasing the number of trips of high-ranking representatives of Tajikistan and France.
They discussed the wide opportunities and resources for developing cooperation in the fields of energy, agriculture, transport, communications, tourism, education, and culture.
In this regard, the importance of expanding the legal framework of relations between Tajikistan and France was emphasized in order to expand cooperation with specific content and topics.
The meeting also focused on other issues of mutual interest.
