Tajik Delegation Attends ART-EXPO in Kazakhstan

DUSHANBE, 10.09.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – From September 7 through September 10, Tajikistan’s delegation headed by the Deputy Minister of Culture Manuchehr Sharifzoda took part in the International Exhibition ART-EXPO of the CIS in the National Museum of Kazakhstan.
The expo focused on the significant achievements, major projects, landmark events, cultural events, and electronic products of artists and craftsmen from the CIS.
The expo also hosted workshops on textile art, pottery and jewelry with the participation of craftsmen. In addition, in order to establish creative ties between interested structures and cultural organizations of the CIS, a presentation of their achievements in the field of folk art was held.
Likewise, a number of bilateral meetings of the Council for Cultural Cooperation of the CIS, a museum road-show, as well as excursions to the exposition halls of the National Museum of Kazakhstan were held.
ART EXPO aims to develop cooperation, spread interethnic harmony, respect for culture, languages and traditions of other nations.
