CSTO chief visits Kazakhstan to discuss preparations for CSTO meetings, situation in CSTO zone

DUSHANBE, 10.10.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Stanislav Zas, who is on a working visit to Kazakhstan, has held meetings with Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Foreign Affairs Mukhtar Tleuberdi and Presidential Aide – Secretary of the Security Council of Kazakhstan Gizat Nurdauletov, BelTA learned from CSTO spokesman Vladimir Zainetdinov.
“The meetings focused on preparations for the upcoming meetings of the organization’s bodies, scheduled to take place in November in Armenia. The parties also discussed the situation in the CSTO area of responsibility with a focus on the situation in the Central Asian region,” the spokesman said.
