DUSHANBE, 05.10.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon had a telephone conversation with the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
President Mirziyoyev extended his birthday greetings to President Rahmon and wished him good health and success in his responsible state activities for the benefit of the people of Tajikistan.
Mirziyoyev praised President Rahmon’s merits in the achievements of Tajikistan along the path of its comprehensive development and strengthening its worthy place in the international arena.
While exchanging views on a wide range of issues pertaining to Tajik-Uzbek cooperation, the two sides expressed their satisfaction over the recent positive results achieved in the development of bilateral relations of strategic partnership and alliance.
They also touched discussed specific issues in the international and regional agenda.
